setting goals (and meeting them) has become more accessible to me over the past year. why? because i’ve reduced the pressure and expectations i’ve been putting on myself and moved my goal-setting to a manageable timeframe.
i used to set major goals a year at a time. with no plan or idea of how i was going to get to reach them. now, i set 2-3 goals every 3 months. sometimes i meet all the goals i set, sometimes i don’t, but i always meet at least one. which feels good.
